The biggest deal sees computing giant Dell sign a new ten-year lease for 54,518 square feet of office space on the second floor of the vast CityPark building. The US-owned company currently employs 550 business-to-business contact centre staff at the site and was the original anchor tenant when the refurbished complex first opened for business.

Meanwhile, Webhelp UK, which operates out of 58 locations, including six in Scotland, has agreed to lease 35,000sq ft on the first floor of the building in a five-year agreement. Property adviser Lambert Smith Hampton secured the deal.
