Sigma’s expanding Liverpool venture

Sigma Capital, the Edinburgh-based property and specialist asset management group, has announced a “significant” expansion of its joint venture with Liverpool City Council.

The enlarged venture, which involves the Scottish firm’s wholly owned regeneration vehicle, Sigma Inpartnership, will see a near doubling of the potential number of housing units to 2,000 and adds up to half a million square feet of commercial, retail and leisure space. It takes the number of sites in which the joint venture is involved from one to seven.
