Scott Richardson Brown is Trapoil finance director

TRAPOIL, the North Sea oil and gas explorer, yesterday named Scott Richardson Brown as finance director.

He succeeds John Church, who has held the post on an interim basis since April. Richardson Brown is a former partner at Oriel Securities and previously finance director of Ascent Resources. Church will remain as a member of the firm’s executive management team and will continue to act as company secretary.
