Scots accountants recruit McLaren

JOHNSTON Carmichael, Scotland's largest independent accountancy firm, has recruited partner Jack McLaren from Baker Tilly as part of an expansion at its Glasgow operations.

Four positions have been created at the office. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, McLaren was an audit partner at KPMG for almost 20 years. Johnston Carmichael now works with more than 11,000 clients.
