First Minister Alex Salmond has been unveiled as the keynote speaker at what is being billed as the world’s biggest social enterprise event.

The Social Enterprise Exchange, taking place next Tuesday in Glasgow, brings together social enterprises and those wanting to do business with Scotland and the UK’s social sector. Salmond said social enterprises “are making a significant contribution” to supporting Scotland’s economic recovery.
