Reshuffle at the top for Dundas & Wilson

LAW firm Dundas & Wilson is to make Donald Shaw its sole managing partner after Alan Campbell – who had previously shared the position with Shaw – yesterday stood down to return to what was described as a "senior client-facing role".

The Edinburgh-based company has seen tough times, with 43 staff made redundant last February and a 20 per cent slide in partner earnings in 2008-9.

D&W chairman David Hardie said: "Donald is a highly experienced practitioner and, having managed the business with Alan through both good and bad market conditions, has shown that he has the skills to navigate D&W into the best possible position."
