Regeneration the name of the game

ASDA, Bellway Homes and Taylor Wimpey have signed up to build a supermarket and 180 homes in one of the largest regeneration projects in Scotland.

SDA, the firm behind Armadale Station Development in West Lothian, said it would continue working on a masterplan which includes 1,000 houses, a hotel, a care home, offices and leisure facilities. The project could generate around 4,500 jobs for the area.
