Rail network operator rolls into Motherwell

Network Rail, the authority responsible for Britain's railway network, is shunting its operations into a Motherwell office block after agreeing a deal to lease the entire building.

Airbles House comprises almost 18,000 square feet over three levels, and the deal has been agreed by property consultancies CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton on behalf of the landlord, Regent Capital. JLL represented Network Rail.
