£50m contract for Bond helicopters

International oil and gas company Perenco has signed a £50 million contract with Bond Aviation Group to provide helicopters servicing its North Sea rigs.

Bond, one of Europe's largest helicopter operators, said the four-year agreement would see the introduction of two Agusta Westland AW139 aircraft to the fleet it provides for Perenco.

The aircraft can carry 12 passengers and will operate from Norwich airport.
