Plexus wins further contract from Shell

Plexus, the Aberdeen-based oil and gas engineering firm, has won a further contract with Brunei Shell to supply the firm with well-heads.

Aim-quoted Plexus said the contract would be worth £2 million over the next 18 months.

The deal is the third contract between Brunei Shell and Plexus, which started doing business together in 2006.

Plexus chief executive Ben van Bilderbeek said the contracts with its Brunei subsidiary had led to broader work with Shell.

He added: “There is no better vote of confidence than a follow up contract with a leading oil and gas operator.”
