Passing with flying colours

DM Hall, the Scottish firm of chartered surveyors, has hailed a 100 per cent pass rate over the last two years as two more staff gain a key qualification.

Managing partner Keith Jones has congratulated Felicity Forbes-Davidson, who is based in the firm’s Inverurie office, and Glasgow-based David Gibson, on passing the assessment of professional competence (APC) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

He said: “The pass rate overall is around 70 per cent but as a firm we saw all five of our colleagues who sat the final test last year pass and we have achieved a 100 per cent pass rate again this year.”
