Foundation has been designed by Trace Studio and will allow customers to view properties for sale or rent 24/7 and customise them virtually, right down to kitchen specifications, bathroom details or office layouts.

Working alongside developers, architects and suppliers, the platform will support the sale and rent of residential, commercial and mixed-use property.

The firm is already working on systems for Cala Homes, Robertson Homes and Osborne+Co.

David Houston, director of Trace Studio, said: “Foundation is an innovative new platform that will help create the property market of the future. At this challenging time for the industry, the online CGI solution is designed to radically change how people buy, rent and configure property.

“It allows customers to choose and design their dream home or their new office space online, which is particularly useful due to the ongoing impact of coronavirus-related restrictions.”
