Big Lottery Fund, which awards grants to UK organisations to help improve their communities, has taken 12,500 square feet on the second floor and part of the third floor at the building, on the corner of Wellington Street and Cadogan Street. It is relocating from Atlantic Quay and has agreed a five-year lease.

Kirsty Nairn, head of corporate management (Scotland) at Big Lottery Fund, said: “The location of Pacific House, in the heart of Glasgow city centre and close to excellent public transport links, enables the Big Lottery Fund to connect more easily with communities across Scotland.”

Similarly, Ernst & Young has agreed a five-year regear on 4,000 sq ft of office space at the building.

Aasia Mohammad, associate director of business space at LSH, said: “The building and office accommodation has been comprehensively refurbished and along with the flexible floor space and central business district location, Pacific House is an attractive proposition for businesses.”

Some 11,000 sq ft of refurbished office accommodation remains available at Pacific House including the fifth floor, with private terrace and part of the fourth floor.
