New chapter begins for Story agency

ADVERTISING agency Story, which works with clients including Glenmorangie and ­Edinburgh’s Quartermile development, is expanding with a ­series of new appointments and a move to larger offices in the capital.

The agency, which recently bought Scottish digital specialist The Weather, is relocating from Leith to Atholl Crescent this month. The company now employs 43 staff after six staff were taken on across both brands.

Sue Mullen, managing director at Story, said: “This is an exciting year for Story UK with the acquisition of The Weather, recruitment and expansion of our creative and account handling teams and ongoing business growth and development.

“We are sad to be leaving Leith after 13 years but we are all ready for the next exciting chapter in our Story to begin.”

Story was set up in Edinburgh in 2002 by Mullen, Sheila Gallagher, Rebecca McFarland and Dave Mullen.
