McGrigors move is Aberdeen bonus

MCGRIGORS, Scotland’s largest law firm by turnover, has the capacity to expand its workforce in Aberdeen to 80 from 50 after closing a deal to move office.

The practice will leave Johnstone House on Rose Street in the summer to take a 15-year lease on Queens House, a 16,000sq ft development on Queens Road.

Bob Ruddiman, McGrigors’ head of energy, said: “We have been searching for suitable premises for some time and this commitment marks a milestone in our plans, under which we will significantly increase our presence here.”
