The latest boardroom dealings from the business world
Several directors at online fashion retailer BooHoo have upped their stakes following a disappointing trading update last week which hit the company’s market value. The four board members, including chairman Peter Williams, together bought more than 480,000 shares at around 23p each,
Stephen Koo, chairman of Univison, the Hong Kong-based CCTV and security group, has bought 1.5 million shares at an average price of 0.97p each. He now has a total beneficial interest in 279.7 million shares.
Ian Godden, chairman of KBC Advanced Technologies, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 89.5p each. He now holds 226,000 shares in the company.
Charles Hammond, chairman of Glasgow-based retail marketing firm Spaceandpeople has bought his first holding in the company with the purchase of 23,500 shares at 45.75 each.
Therese Neish, chief financial officer of financial services group STM, has acquired 170,200 shares at 23.5p each. She now owns 492,756 shares.
Peter Freeman, a non-executive director at aircraft leasing company Capital Lease Aviation, has sold 110,000 shares at 20.5p each. The move reduced his stake to 2,500 shares.
Stella Pirie, a non-executive director at Avon Rubber, has sold 10,000 shares in the company at 757.5p each. She still holds 42,000 shares.
