The merged firm will operate as RSB Lindsays in Tayside, operating from offices in the city centre and west end of Dundee.

Edinburgh-based Lindsays already has an office in the city, with other bases in Glasgow and North Berwick. The RSB deal follows two tie-ups in 2012, when it merged with Shield & Kyd and then MacLachlan & MacKenzie.

RSB partner Lesley Macdonald said: “Our firms have long-standing connections and a very similar approach to business.”
