Laura Berry to join Big Partnership in Liverpool

LAURA Berry, account manager at Holyrood Partnership in Edinburgh is leaving to join Big Partnership in her home city of Liverpool.

Berry joined as a junior account executive in 2010. A year later, she was named Outstanding Young Communicator at the CIPR Scotland Pride Awards. She sits on the CIPR Scotland committee. Heather Peebles and Andrea Willoughby join Holyrood Partnership as
account executives.

Health comms specialist KnowledgePoint360 has appointed Lynsey Stevenson and Katherine St John, who join the newly-opened Glasgow office as senior medical writers.

KPMG has announced seven appointments in Scotland. London-based Alan Kennedy returns as transaction services partner based in Aberdeen. Phil Charles is relocating from the East Midlands to be audit partner in the Glasgow office. Colin Williamson becomes director at the new UK tax centre in Glasgow. Andy Shaw becomes a director in the not-for-profit department in Edinburgh. Sam Bolton is promoted from senior manager to director in the financial services advisory team. Tom Whiteley moves from principal consultant to director in the Scottish pensions team. David O’Hara is the second director appointment in the pensions practice.

Adopt an Intern (AAI) has announced a doubling of its staff to create internship opportunities for graduates. Former Falkirk FC chief executive David Mitchell joins as head of business development. Catherine Williamson joins as internship adviser and Heather Pomphrett as digital communications and marketing intern.
