The 0.66-acre site, which includes the former Jackton primary school buildings and is nine miles south of Glasgow city centre, is currently zoned as part of the East Kilbride "community growth area", and Jackton village itself has been identified as being suitable for "community retail use and higher density residential development", CBRE said.
Jackton business centre goes on the market
GARTLOCH Developments has instructed CB Richard Ellis to put the former Jackton business centre, between East Kilbride and Eaglesham, on to the market.
