HK goes swimmingly for Balfour Beatty

Balfour Beatty yesterday said its Hong Kong joint venture with Jardine Matheson had won infrastructure contracts worth HK$2.3 billion (£190 million).

Projects awarded to Gammon Construction, which has 2,500 staff, include a swimming pool complex featuring several Olympic-size pools. It is set to incorporate "a number of sustainability features" including a "green roof".
