Groupon eyes $950m in cash call

WORKPLACE design firm Space Solutions has helped Drambuie, the iconic Scottish liqueur company, to move office.

Groupon's board authorised the fundraising through a recent Delaware regulatory filing.

The issue of 30 million shares would value the company at about $6.4bn. The firm raised $135m in April from Mail.ru Group.
