Forth Ports boss Hammond to chair SpaceandPeople

Charles Hammond, the chief executive of Forth Ports, was today named as chairman of retail marketing outfit SpaceandPeople.

The Glasgow-based firm, which rents out promotional space in shopping centres, was previously chaired by David Henderson-Williams.

Matthew Bending, chief executive of the Aim-quoted company, said: “This has been a testing year for us and [Hammond’s] desire to improve us individually and collectively will ensure dynamism to the board and tremendous added value to SpaceandPeople’s stakeholders.”
