Feenie onboard as Balhousie expands

CARE home operator Balhousie yesterday named Martin Feeney as its finance director as the firm prepares to expand its number of beds from 800 to 1,400 before the end of next year.

Feeney joins Balhousie from Glasgow-based construction firm Strathclyde Homes, where he was group finance director for eight years. Strathclyde fell into receivership in June. Forfar-based Balhousie has 22 homes.
