XCEED, an IT and professional services firm, has added an office and legal practice in Edinburgh, to its operations in London and New York.

David Jackson, joins from 2E2, as commercial director for Scotland, and will head up the Edinburgh office. The legal practice will be run by Mark Heathcote, who also joins as a practice director, having spent over 11 years as a senior manager at Allen & Overy.
