Easydate confirms market flotation

EASYDATE, the internet-based dating operator, yesterday published its admission document and confirmed it will float on London Stock Exchange on 30 June. The firm's plans include raising £10 million through a placing of shares that will value the Edinburgh-based company at £45m.

Cenkos Securities, through its Edinburgh office, is acting as nominated adviser and broker to the company, whose founder is Bill Dobbie, the software tycoon.
