Dulas doubles its staff in Scotland
Since opening its Stirling office in October 2010, Welsh energy consultancy and management firm Dulas has gained work with “a number of high-profile clients” in Scotland.
The office, which will hire an additional eight staff this year taking its headcount to 16, is the 30-year-old company’s first regional headquarters.

Hide AdMarketing manager Mike Clay said: “Scotland has the perfect conditions for generating a significant renewable energy portfolio … and we are proud to have delivered some high-performing projects for some of Scotland’s leading organisations.”
He described Scotland as providing the firm with “an abundance of high-quality renewable energy specialists”.
Since expanding into Scotland, Dulas has delivered projects including two river hydro schemes in Glenmoriston in the Highlands and the first of a number of 100kW wind turbines at a site near Stranraer.
The Scottish Government has a target of producing 100 per cent of electricity demand from green sources by 2020.
Clay said: “As the demand for Dulas products and services continues to grow, we are confident we will find the high-calibre specialist staff we need.”
