CodeBase managing director Jamie Coleman will be speaking to The Scotsman today as the Edinburgh-based technology incubator unveils plans to expand into other cities.
Coleman is eyeing potential premises in Aberdeen, Dundee and Glasgow in a bid to help nurture more fledgling firms in sectors such as energy and gaming.
“Edinburgh is the mothership, but we would like to have a presence elsewhere to tap into the exciting companies that are coming out of other Scottish cities,” he said.
CodeBase launched just 18 months ago and has since grown to become the UK’s biggest tech incubator, housing 62 companies that employ some 400 staff.
The Google Hangout will take place at 1.45pm today.
