Family-owned dairy business Graham’s will be looking to raise its UK profile with the launch of a “six-figure” television advertising campaign – its first ever.
The 30-second adverts are due to launch this evening during soap opera Coronation Street and run across commercial slots on STV and Channel 4 until the end of the month.
In addition, a deal has been agreed for the ads to feature for eight weeks during STV’s new series, Nick and Paul’s Big Food Trip, presented by chefs Nick Nairn and Paul Rankin.
Several generations of the Graham family will appear in the adverts, alongside the Stirlingshire firm’s Jersey cows.
Marketing director Carol Graham said: “The decision to advertise on TV was a huge undertaking for us, both as a family and as a business. Based on the strong market performance of the Graham’s brand, we were confident that the time was right to share our story.”
The ad campaign – created by Edinburgh-based agency Threebrand and production outfit Freakworks – marks the milk company’s second major investment in recent months following the launch of a range of cheddar cheeses.
