Capella office development sold

THE newly completed Capella office development in Glasgow's international financial services district has been sold by Wilson Bowden to British Airways Pension Trustees for more than £25 million.

MacRoberts, the law firm, has leased four floors of the 11-storey building, which provides 111,000sq ft of Grade A offices, with leisure and retail space on the ground floor.
