Board shake-up at SeaEnergy

SeaEnergy, the Aberdeen-based oil and gas services firm, is restructuring its board in a move that sees the departure of its finance director.

The company has decided to combine the roles of finance and commercial director, which it says will more closely fit its business needs.

Commercial director Steven Bertram will take on the new role, as well as that of company secretary.
