Board shake-up at SeaEnergy

SeaEnergy, the Aberdeen-based oil and gas services firm, is restructuring its board in a move that sees the departure of its finance director.

The company has decided to combine the roles of finance and commercial director, which it says will more closely fit its business needs.

Commercial director Steven Bertram will take on the new role, as well as that of company secretary.

Chris Moar is stepping down as finance director and company secretary with immediate effect. The company said he was leaving by “mutual consent”.

Chairman David Sigsworth said “SeaEnergy thanks Chris for his service over many years and wishes him well for the future. SeaEnergy continues to make good progress with implementing its strategy and looks forward to announcing its interim results in due course.”
