Better by design: Marc’s new role for jeweller Rox

A FASHION designer who trained with Vivienne Westwood and has helped create outfits for stars including Cheryl Cole and Jessie J has been appointed creative director of jewellery chain Rox.

In his new role, Marc Ross will oversee all creative aspects of the business, from branding and “visual concepts” to the development of the Rox “silver collection”.

The firm, which stocks the likes of Gucci, Links of London and TW Steel, has three stores in Glasgow and one in Aberdeen as well as an online operation.

Ross, 27, has already come up with a new uniform design for Rox’s 60 or so sales consultants. He said: “It’s a very exciting move and I’m looking forward to what lies ahead.”
