Markus Brinsa, president and chief executive of US management consultant Seikouri, has joined as lead member of the board, which will be expanded in the coming months.

The move comes after Appointedd launched a new scheduling tool, designed to help its customers arrange appointments regardless of which time zone they are in.

Chief executive Leah Hutcheon, who founded the business in 2011, said: “The time was right to put in place the people who could help us maximise on this. We believe that Markus is well placed to deliver on the international interest the product is now receiving.”

Brinsa said he and the team at New York-based Seikouri “are extremely excited about the opportunities ahead”.
