The Aberdeen-based firm said that as part of the partnership programme, the Law Society seeks approved accountants to offer services and advice to legal firms and their clients. AAB added that it is one of only two accountancy firms to join the panel thanks to its “long-established, successful” track record of supporting legal service firms with its accounting, regulatory and tax requirements.

Charlotta Cederqvist, head of business development at the Law Society of Scotland, said: “Our mission is to set and uphold high standards to ensure excellent legal service across Scotland’s legal profession and we believe AAB reflects and supports this high level of quality… we are excited to see how AAB will benefit our members and in turn, the sector as a whole.”
