Q READER Richard Epton made contact regarding an old lemonade bottle he discovered recently in a property in Biggar, Lanarkshire. During some renovation work to its ceiling, he found the item but would like to know more about its history. The bottle is dark green, oblong with no flat sides, and has a sticker with "Macarra Aerated Lemonade" on it. There are also details of the maker who seems to have been based at 4 Brown Square, Edinburgh. He is hoping someone may be able to provide some more information about the bottle and its maker? If you can, contact Richard by emailing queries@ edinburghnews.com
