The four star Perthshire resort finished third on the travel site’s top 10 hotels for families category and was named above rivals in London, Windsor, Blackpool and Bognor Regis.
The Crieff Hydro has 200 rooms and 50 self-catering lodges and caters specifically for families. Activities such as quad biking, horse-riding, mini-golf and mountain biking are available to guests.
The purpose-built property was constructed in 1868 by developer Dr Thomas Meikle and is now run by great-great-great-grand nephew CEO Stephen Leckie.
The Perthshire site has collected accolades from VisitScotland, Thistle Awards and the Scottish Hotel Awards since 2014.
