Miley Cyrus goes walkabout in Glasgow

The American singer, who shot to fame thanks to her raunchy routines, visited the city’s Necropolis and also wandered around the University of Glasgow.

She was accompanied by her mum Tish on what was Mothering Sunday in the United States and friend and rumoured partner Cheyne Thomas.

He tweeted: “We’ve had a great time in Glasgow so far. The west end was good and the graveyard was cool. Miley was with her mum today and is now back at the hotel.”

The US performer also headed out to Glasgow nightspots taking in Nice n Sleazys on Sauchiehall Street and then visiting nearby King Tuts.

She was staying at the upmarket Mar Hall with her mum, close friends and entourage.

Miley Cyrus will perform at the Glasgow Hydro tonight.
