Gail Porter joins ‘stars’ in Celebrity Big Brother
The Bill star Chris Ellison and reformed Hollywood bad boy Daniel Baldwin also entered the house last night, along with Atomic Kitten’s Natasha Hamilton, X Factor rejects Chloe Jasmine and Stevi Ritchie and former Apprentice contestant James Hill.
Some of the US contestants may not ring many bells with viewers, with Austin Armacost, of reality show The A-List: New York, and hip hop artist Fatman Scoop completing the line-up.

Hide AdBookmaker William Hill is already tipping Gail Porter as the favourite to win the show, at odds of 8/1. Fatman Scoop is the rank outsider at 33/1.
Porter, 44, is best known for having her naked picture projected on to the Houses of Parliament in 1999 but has since publicly battled alopecia and depression.
Ex-Coronation Street star Hewson, 64, follows in the footsteps of her former co-star Ken Morley, who had a controversial stint in the house during the last series earlier this year.
Hewson, 64, said: “I haven’t talked to him about it but I advised him that it probably wouldn’t be his thing. I think it is a difficult thing to do.”
Ellison, 68, starred as bent copper DCI Frank Burnside in ITV police drama The Bill from 1984 to 2000, while Baldwin, one of the acting dynasty, is perhaps best known for his many run-ins with the law. His brother Stephen took part in Celebrity Big Brother UK in 2010.
