• THEATRE: The Mousetrap. The Mousetrap is famous around the world as being the longest running show of any kind in the history of British theatre – with over 23,000 performances it is a play to be proud of. And to celebrate 60 incredible years on stage, it’s going on tour for very first time ever. The scene is set when a group of people gathered in a country house cut off by the snow discover, to their horror, that there is a murderer in their midst. Who can it be? One by one the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts until at the last, nerve-shredding moment the identity and the motive are finally revealed. • MUSIC: Alice Cooper. The veteran panto-rocker comes to the Capital. A giant costume party is guaranteed as fans bid to outdo each other for the most outrageous Halloween outfit. Alice’s incredible band lead the party – featuring Orianthi, Ryan Roxie, Tommy Henricksen, Chuck Garric and Glen Sobel – one of the great bands working in rock ‘n’ roll, tearing into Alice’s classics and tracks from latest album Welcome 2 My Nightmare.
