Exclusive footage from hotly-anticipated Hollywood blockbuster, Avengers: Infinity War, will be screened at an as yet unknown private venue in central Edinburgh on the 10 April.
The private screening was announced on Twitter by Infinity War directors the Russo Brothers this morning, sending eager Marvel fans into a frenzy.
All tickets for the event were hungrily snapped up within minutes, with places on the waiting list also quickly maxed out.
News of the private screening follows the announcement on 12 March by Brothers Anthony and Joe Russo that Edinburgh Avengers fans should ‘get ready’ for a city premiere.
Footage leaked online at the end of last month has revealed some of the key scenes that were filmed in the Capital.
Capital locations such as the High Street, Cockburn Street and Waverley Station are expected to appear in the first hour of the movie.
Avengers: Infinity War was the biggest production to visit the city, with a crew of more than 400.
The film is set to go on general release in UK cinemas on Friday 27 April.
The fully-booked private screening of exclusive footage in central Edinburgh takes place next Tuesday at 6:30pm.
