Tonight, DJ DOOLI (House & Electro) heads up the main room with support from DJ DANSCO & BEEF (Hip Hop & R’n’B) and The Voyeur (Old School). They’ll be live drummers and prizes up for grabs for the best dressed cowboy or Indian.

SOS - ELEMENTS OF SOUL & BLONDE FLASH

Sounds of Soul crew bring the strongest selection of soulful deep house and disco to Edinburgh with special guests, ELEMENTS OF SOUL aka Nick Ferrara & Stephen Rodgers. Ferrara and Rodgers have been running their EOS club night for the past five years gaining massive support from the likes of Paul ‘The Trouble’ Anderson, Craig Smith and Fish Go Deep. Best known for throwing cool, underground parties, they bring their Glasgow Underground to Edinburgh, DJing alongside our very own lady on rotation, Blonde Flash.

Erol Alkan blew away Edinburgh clubbers last year with his Disco 3000 DJ set. His epic sets are a fusion of techno and electro with a vintage twist. He brings his own supporting DJs, Phantasy label partner Daniel Avery and Jigsaw. Residents Cheap Picasso adds a little sugar on top with their superb kitschy 80’s synthology and colourful pop-blur.

Gentleman Johnny is one of Edinburgh’s best mash-up DJs. He throws everything but the kitchen sink at the decks - I’m sure he’d even throw in a sample of it smashing. His ferocious mix ups feature the best electro, house, hip hop, dubstep and D&B. His reputation has earned him DJ slots with David Guetta, Will.I.Am, Jaguar Skills, The Streets and The Prodigy. Tomorrow night sees Plan B’s beat boxer (and national beat box champ) FAITH SFX Live on stage. Student bonuses of free taxis from all the halls of residences.

As the Bongo Club nears the end of its Holyrood home, CIS bids fairwell with one last party, aptly entitled Apocalypse. So, in true CIS stylee get dressed up as a zombie or mad scientist, time traveller or leather bound biker chic, for some futuristic end of the world fun. Featuring burlesque stars Hettie Heartach, Tribe Belly Dancing Beauties, Gamma Ray & The Freaky Brides.

JACKHAMMER - JAMES RUSKIN & NEIL LANDSTRUMM (THE FOX, Live)

London born James Ruskin is one of the biggest names in techno; starting out in 1991 he immersed himself in the Detroit techno scene, eventually making his own productions and founding two labels - Blueprint and Polson. Edinburgh DJ/Producer Landstrumm creates wonky techno which incorporates elements of hip-hop, dubstep and ragga into his sets.

ANAGRAM FREE PARTY

Free party from Edinburgh’s acid-techno jock Deek, who mixes up a blinding selection of acid/tribal techno ramped upto 150 bpm’s, and scorched with the essence of punk. Techno artist Dijimij plays a live set of his own material.

Edinburgh’s biggest indie club has an unrivalled mix of current, classic and new indie music headed up by resident DJ, Sam Flanagan who has DJied at all the major music festivals (Glasto, V and Oxygen). The theme for the night is shameful confessions, with pens and paper being handed out - the most horrid being selected and given a prize.
