Stuart Bannigan extends Partick Thistle deal

PARTICK Thistle midfielder Stuart Bannigan has signed a new two-year extension, the club has announced.
The Scotland Under-21 international played a key role in the Jags’ battle for survival in the Scottish Premiership.
The 21-year-old made 35 appearances for Alan Archibald’s team in their first season back in the top flight.
A club spokesman said: “We are delighted to be able to announce that Stuart has today signed an extension to his current contract that will keep him at Firhill until May 2016.”
