Lyon '˜confident' of signing Moussa Dembele from Celtic
With the transfer deadline fast approaching, the Ligue 1 side are attempting to get a deal wrapped up.
The France Under-21 striker attended training at Lennoxtown this morning, but had a short and intense talk with Brendan Rodgers before leaving the training complex.

Hide AdAccording to L’Equipe, both Dembele and Rodgers have “reached a point of no return” and although earlier reports suggested Les Gones could sign Dembele before loaning him back to the Hoops until January, that now looks unlikely.

Negotiations are ongoing, but Lyon remain confident of bringing the former Paris Saint-Germain youngster back to France.
The 22-year-old is reportedly unhappy with his manager and Celtic for blocking his move to Lyon, on the gronds of having no replacement lined up.
Reports in France earlier on Friday claimed the Parkhead boss had urged Dembele to join Brighton in January.
The player took to Twitter to post a cryptic message about the situation, while he “liked” a number of tweets aimed at either Rodgers or the Celtic hierarchy.
