Each has a substantial study on the ground floor in addition to the four or five bedrooms upstairs.
Designer, Luma Interiors, was tasked with bringing the showhomes to life.
Joanne McDonald of Luma says she and her specialist team were inspired by the development’s idyllic Water of Leith location and the surrounding lush countryside, which the showhomes have been designed to reflect.
McDonald says: “The Henry has a sunny palette of blues and turquoises with hints of buttercup yellow, and florals.
“Graphical patterns create a sophisticated scheme evoking the water and the flowers growing along the river.
“The Charles living room is a sanctuary – teaming tranquil blues with natural chunky oaks and other natural textures.
“A room I particularly like is the study with its large-scale floral wallpaper and lovely sofa and soft furnishings – a space to really enjoy working from home.

The design of the Kinleith Mill development takes inspiration from the traditional mill-style buildings that originally occupied the land, with its red brick and iron railings giving a real sense of character and place.
Councillor Ricky Henderson cut the ribbon to unveil the showhomes alongside players from Currie Football Club, which CALA sponsors.
Stala Thomson, sales manager with CALA Homes (East), says: “We’d like to thank Currie FC and Councillor Henderson for doing the honours at the ribbon cutting.
“Our showhomes are specific to this development so Kinleith Mill offers the ideal opportunity for home buyers seeking something special to purchase a stunning, light-filled property.
“The volume of interest for CALA at Kinleith Mill has been fantastic and we expect this to grow with the opening of these brand new showhomes.”
