It's interesting how Russia now wants countries to say they were 'liberated' rather than 'occupied'. Considering modern-day Kaliningrad was actually Koenigsberg in Germany for over 150 years prior to WW2 (and part of Polish Prussia before that), then I wonder why they are still liberating it and from whom.
