Obama threats case transferred

THE case against a Colorado man accused of making racist threats against Barack Obama has been transferred to federal court.
Tharin Gartrell was scheduled to be formally charged yesterday with state drug and weapons violations. The prosecutor's office in Arapahoe County, Colorado, couldn't say why the case was transferred.
