Stars attending the Baftas will have to make sure every angle is their best this year – as 360-degree cameras will be streaming an inside view of the red carpet live.

Fans can tune in on Facebook and smartphones to virtually rub shoulders with the likes of Bradley Cooper and Jessica Chastain thanks to the EE Baftas 360 degree Red Carpet Show on Sunday at London’s Royal Opera House. .

The four interactive cameras along the red carpet will enable the public to scrutinise outfits and enjoy a close-up, personal view of their favourite film stars.

Laura Whitmore, presenter of I’m A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here Now! who will be hosting the show said: “Although you think ‘Oh God!’ Now you have to make sure you’re okay from every angle, it’s really great for the people at home to feel like they’re there and be part of it.

“In real life, you can see every angle. This technology blows my mind.”
