Astra stolen from road

A CAR thief made off with a Vauxhall Astra worth £9500 from a road in West Lothian.
The blue vehicle was stolen from outside Redmill Cottages in east Whitburn.

It happened between 7.30pm on Thursday night and 6am on Friday morning.

A police spokesman appealed to anyone with information on the theft to come forward.
