Slow NHS trust 'must improve' after girl death

Gloucs: An NHS trust which took 42 minutes to dispatch an ambulance to a 23-year-old student who later died after she was struck by a car must improve its service, the Healthcare Commission said.
Rebecca Wedd was hit on May 25 last year and had to wait for four times the national target before being taken to hospital.
