Recorded delivery – after three weeks

LETTERS sent recorded delivery from a post office could take 21 days to reach their destination, a new report has warned.
Postwatch and Which? have both received complaints about the service, with items failing to turn up promptly, getting lost or being handed over without a signature. Last year, Royal Mail had 121,600 complaints about the service, which does not guarantee delivery time.
