Question Time has ex–Pistols guest

Former Sex Pistols frontman John Lydon is swapping anarchy for current affairs to appear on Question Time tonight.

The punk pioneer, once Johnny Rotten, will join former home secretary Alan Johnson and Tory MP Louise Mensch on the BBC1 current affairs show.

Producers will hope there is no repeat of the Sex Pistols’ foul-mouthed 1976 TV appearance.
